Need you compensation letter. Use a Statutory Declaration Form (link supplied)

From all Taxi Owners in NSW, we need a filled in Statutory Declaration Form signed by you and dated explaining the reasons for appropriate compensation.

Write in detail, your losses and its impact on you and your family

Give details and amounts for which you seek to be compensated. Be clear and concise. Use a bullet point for individual aspects of the compensation. In your explanation, include calculations of the amount you seek,

Examples:.

  • Bought NSW taxi plate/s in 1901 and 1902  paid $9999999 and $999999. My family/I had to mortgage priority or take out loan against asset value. Banks allowed me to borrow because it was deemed a valuable asset.
  • Bought 999 taxi plates as part of my Superannuation fund with realistic expectations to live off the income during my pension phase. Now no retirement fund and life style is gone.

Sign off the form

“Yours sincerely” is an appropriate format for the closing. Write your signature, date it and print your name below it.

Permission to read out your Statutory Declaration Parliament
