Fair and equitable compensation for taxi plate owners.

Sydney taxis at Airport taking a stand for equity and compensation

GM CABS 1400 x785

With Christmas 2018 almost upon us, taxi owners in the NSW Taxi Industry continue to wait for hardship payment, with no fixed payment date set.  Ironically the NSW Government continues to collect the $1 levy from hard working tax payers. Taxi drivers at Sydney International and Domestic Airports are making a stand and clearly stating “enough is enough”.

It is important to note that Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party and TOSBA continues its fight with the government in power and will not stop until it fixes the injustice imposed on the innocent by their Point to Point regulation and stop the decimation of the Taxi Industry. Taxi drivers, operators, owners, mums, dads and relatives acknowledge the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party commitment.

Mums and Dads ready to petition the NSW State Liberal Government

Families are being severely effected reaching crisis point, because of the bad decisions made by the Government and are now ready for a change in Government. For many elderly at this stage in life, find it impossible to replace losses incurred on both the asset value of the taxi plate and income lost, let alone any CPI increase.

The petition is to request government restriction on the unrestrained numbers and unconscionable business conduct of commercial rideshare and to provide fair compensation for the losses suffered by all in the regulated industry.
